ABOUT US
Solcellespesialisten has delivered solar in Norway since 2005, 188 MWp and more than 400,000 panels installed in total. After the bankruptcy of Solcellespesialisten AS in December 2025, EnergiSmart Norge AS bought the commercial division, the IT systems, the stock and the brand, and carries the name Solcellespesialisten forward. 40 of the employees were offered a place on the new team.
We deliver bespoke energy solutions for commercial buildings and industry, farms, housing co-ops and solar farms. We combine deep technical insight with solutions developed and tested for the demanding Nordic climate.

Solcellespesialisten aims to be a leading contributor to a world in which all energy consumption is based on renewable energy.
Our goals
Our overriding goal is to deliver cost-saving, renewable energy solutions to commercial buildings, agriculture, housing co-operatives, jointly-owned properties and solar parks.
Solcellespesialisten will deliver and develop new, affordable, energy-efficient solutions of high quality, based on renewable technology.

Solcellespesialisten maintains an extensive framework of governing documents and procedures to ensure that everything we buy, install and carry out meets the highest standard in the industry for ESG (environment, social, governance). And we keep getting better at it.

EnergiSmart Norge AS is today owned by Elmera Industrial Ownership AS, Letron AS, Ingvarda AS and Carl Strømberg Holding AS. The board comprises Arnstein Flaskerud, Carl Christian Skogen Strømberg, Henning Nordgulen and Ståle Kolbjørn Angel, and is chaired by Arno Berg.
EnergiSmart Norge AS is a registered installer in Elvirksomhetsregisteret, the Norwegian register of electrical undertakings.
